What is Erika Astrid anyway?
Its a small business run by me - Erika Astrid (Fashion Photographer + Magazine Editor). I love handpicking quality vintage and other things and curating them for you, so you don't have to go out to a million stores to shop.

How much is shipping?
Shipping within the US is ALWAYS FREE! International is $15 flat rate.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
I usually ship each order within 3 business days. Everything is shipping from NYC, so depending on where you live, shipping within the US takes 1-5 buisness days and international 7-14 days

Why have I not received my order?
If you live internationally it might be stuck in customs, please contact your local customs or post office to find out more. Unfortunalty there is nothing on my end that I can do, each country operates differently and some are just more strict than others.

Can I return or exchange my items?
Yes, I now offer exchanges within the US. If you are not satisfied, simply send me an email within 5 days of receiving your order and we will coordinate a return for an exchange of the order amount. Please note that you will have to pay for the shipping return and that I can not accept returns for a refund or international returns as.

Do you ever do SALES?
Yes! All sales are through email campaigns, so make sure to sign up to receive exclusive coupons and offers. Also, everyone gets 15% off their first order when signing up below.


Do you do custom orders?
All items on this website are either VINTAGE or hand sourced accessories. I can however shorten things that have a raw hem for free or find accessories in different colors. Just email me!
